Sports & Arts Camp is a fun-filled week for kids in our community! Campers select a team for the week and will focus on developing skills in sports or arts sessions each day. We have high-energy opening and closing rallies and huddle times for each team, which reinforce our daily themes and lesson from the Bible. New friendships, awesome coaches, daily snack, skits and songs, and Water Day on Friday help make this week of camp unforgettable!

2024 Information for Camper Families
Dates: July 8 – 12, 2024
Time: 8:30AM – 12:00PM
Age: Children entering K-6th grade in fall 2024. Must be 5 by December 31, 2024. *If your child is entering a PreK 5’s class, please contact Director Julia Culbertson at juliac@trinityefc.com to speak about his/her individual situation.
Cost of Camp:
- 1 child: $65.00
- 2 children: $125.00
- 3 or more children: $180.00
*The family rate applies only to children living in the same household who are registered together with payment completed in one transaction. Financial aid may be available; contact the Director if you need assistance.
Team Options (subject to change depending on staffing):
- Art
- Basketball
- Cake Decorating (must be 9 years old by July 1, 2024)
- Cheerleading
- Flag Football (must be 8 years old by July 1, 2024)
- Soccer
- Volleyball (must be 8 by July 1, 2024)
*Campers choose one team for the week. Some teams fill quickly! Some teams are limited by age as noted above. Siblings and friends can request to be placed together on the registration form. However teams are grouped by age and limited in size, so we may not be able to honor these requests.
Registration
Registration will open in May 2024.
Volunteer
Sports & Arts Camp is only possible because of the amazing volunteer staff we have each year! Adult and teens interested in volunteering must undergo a screening procedure and training. Teen volunteers must be entering 7th grade or older.
Volunteer screening requirements: Application, criminal background check (18 years and older), reference checks, Sexual Abuse Awareness Training (14 years and older), agreement to our Policies and Procedures.
