Small Groups at Trinity Church are led by leaders who together form the Small Group Leaders Team. The Team and each Small Group Leader is under the care and direction of our Pastor of Discipleship, Jeff Keegan.

Our Vision for small groups at Trinity is that they be:

• Life changing communities;
• Intentionally led;
• By trained leaders.

Our Goals are that small groups will:

• Be places of authentic relationships so that we grow in Christ-likeness.
• Multiply so every adult has opportunity to join.
• Have trained and developed leaders.

We strive and pray for our small groups to be places where members experience authentic community and spiritual growth; places where truth meets life; and places of caring and encouraging one another in following Jesus.

• Groups meet weekly during the fall. After that they meet weekly or every other week.
• A typical meeting is about two hours. Most groups meet in homes. Some meet at the church building.
• Some groups are gender specific; some tend to share a common stage of life.
• You can visit a group to try it out before committing to joining the group.
• You can get involved in a group even if you are not a Christian or are a new Christian.
