Trinity Community Preschool

Trinity Community Preschool is a ministry of Trinity Evangelical Free Church and is licensed by the State of Connecticut as a preschool/day care facility.

Trinity Community Preschool exists:

v  To be a school in Christian beliefs and living.

v  To reach out with God’s love to the children and families of our church and surrounding  communities.

v  To teach children about God, His love, His work through people and the world around us.

v  To promote school readiness by providing a happy and successful preschool experience.

Our pre-school has separate morning classes for children aged 2, 3, and 4, plus a 5-day Kindergarten Readiness class for children turning 5 by January 1^st.   

Our pre-school is non-profit. Any monies received from tuition costs beyond operational expenses will be used for the improvement of the preschool program.

Oct. 8           Columbus Day- No school

Oct. 11,12    Field trip to Schreiber’s Farm for 3’s, 4’s, 5’s

Oct. 29,30    Noah’s Ark parties, all classes-children come dressed up as a      favorite animal

Nov. 12         Veteran’s Day- No school

Nov. 13         Staff mtg. 7:00 pm

Nov. 21         11:30 am dismissal, all classes

Nov. 22,23    Thanksgiving Holiday

Dec. 4            Parent/Teacher Conferences 6-8:00 pm

Dec. 17,18    Christmas Parties, 11:30 am dismissal, all classes

There are 175 school days. Please listen to WELI, 960 AM, for weather related school delays and closings. Weather related closings are not made up. Separate permission forms and information is handed out for all field trips. Please refer to the Parent Handbook for other important information.
